Personal Biography
Being a good counselor is often the most important skill that a lawyer can possess, especially in the context of representing businesses and professionals. In both litigation and transactional work, it is critical for outside counsel to have an understanding of the client’s business goals beyond the boundaries of the matter at hand. Francis K Oswell is personally invested in achieving his clients’ short and long term goals as both lawyer and counselor.
As an F K Oswell Advocate Firm member attorney, he has developed a successful practice in the areas of professional negligence, construction litigation, commercial litigation, property related litigation and personal injury in addition to a substantial real estate practice focused on the fractional ownership industry.
Francis K Oswell holds an AV preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rating, representing the highest level of professional excellence and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in England for his handling of Inheritance law matters .
A graduate of University of Birmingham Law School, Mr.Oswell received his J.D. from the University of Birmingham Law School. While in law school, Mr. Oswell was the Articles Editor on the student editorial board of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trusts Journal;
